Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License.
Availability for extended work hours and on-call rotation.
Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test and respirator physical.
Prior water damage industry training or comparable experience. IICRC Certifications are a plus.
Restoration Technician – Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on field position completes water extraction, demolition of wet building materials and cleanup of water damaged properties.
- May require attic and crawlspace work. Company services include sewage cleanup and mold remediation.
- Install contamination barriers using plastic and solid materials, and ensures that all decontamination equipment has been installed prior to starting work.
- Maintain the work space in a safe ,clean and orderly fashion.
- Complete moisture inspections, placement of equipment and all required documentation. Utilize moisture meters/industry software as necessary to complete daily tasks and carrier requirements.
- Provide the Project manager with daily job updates
- Posts company warning signs to identify potential hazards that may exist on the job site.
- Follows all company and industry-approved guidelines in the remediation process for water mitigation and mold contamination.
- Assists in Fire restoration and contents pack-out/pack back as needed

$20+ Depending on experience
Compensation: $14-$18/hour depending on experience
